Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Estimated Delivery Times
EternaGlow ships Australia-wide using tracked international delivery.
Estimated delivery windows:
- Standard Delivery: 7–14 business days
- Remote or Rural Areas: 10–20 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods.
Shipping Partners
We work with reputable international logistics providers to ensure safe and tracked delivery.
Shipping carriers may vary depending on product availability and warehouse location.
All orders include tracking.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.
If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at support@eternaglow.com.au.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Missed Delivery or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, a reshipping fee may apply.
Customs and Import Fees
Most orders do not incur customs or import fees.
If any charges are applied, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.
We will investigate with the carrier and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
