This device uses dual-wavelength light therapy designed for skincare, relaxation and overall wellness.

The combination of 660nm Red Light and 850nm Near-Infrared Light represents two of the most commonly researched wavelengths used in photobiomodulation (PBM).

660nm Red Light is commonly used in photobiomodulation research for skincare applications.

850nm Near-Infrared Light penetrates deeper beneath the skin (invisible to the eye) and is commonly studied in photobiomodulation research for recovery and wellness applications.

This process, known as photobiomodulation (PBM), describes how specific wavelengths of light interact with cells and has been widely studied for a variety of skincare, recovery and wellness applications.

The sleeping bag also features integrated heat therapy with five adjustable temperature levels ranging from approximately 37.1°C to 45.5°C, allowing you to tailor the warmth to your personal comfort.

Understanding Irradiance

Irradiance (measured in mW/cm²) describes the amount of light energy reaching a given area of your body. In general, a higher irradiance allows more light energy to be delivered in less time, while lower irradiance may require longer treatment sessions to deliver a similar dose.

The manufacturer has supplied the following verified irradiance measurements for each power level:
