We’ve personally assembled and used this panel and belt combination at EternaGlow, and we’ve been really happy with the quality. The lightweight stand is straightforward to assemble, with components that clip or screw together, and switching from the stand-mounted panel to the wearable belt—and back again—is easy.

The belt has been a particularly handy feature. Its wraparound strap fastens with Velcro, allowing you to adjust the fit around your body. We’ve found it comfortable to wear, with controls that are easy to reach while it’s on.

The silicone can feel cool against bare skin initially. During use, I’ve noticed it gradually develops a gentle, soothing warmth, which makes sitting back and relaxing with it especially pleasant.

I’ve personally been using the belt on my lower back. In my own experience, my lower-back ache has eased during sessions, and that relief has continued through the rest of the day. This is my personal experience; individual experiences and results will vary.

One practical detail worth knowing is that the device needs to remain plugged into mains power while in use, including when worn as a belt. The supplied cord has a decent length, but your reach is still limited by the cord and the position of your power outlet. We recommend setting yourself up somewhere comfortable near an outlet.

Our verdict: At $299, we think this is a good starting option for someone who wants to explore red light therapy but isn’t sure whether a wearable belt or a stand-mounted panel would suit their routine best. You get both options in one device, with straightforward assembly, an adjustable belt and easy-to-reach controls.

We’ve been happy with the quality, and the belt has become a welcome part of my own lower-back routine. It gives you a practical device to get started with and learn what you enjoy using, with the option to invest in a larger or more specialised device down the track.

A Note on Light Output

The light appears very bright in person, but visible brightness alone does not confirm irradiance. We don’t currently have a verified irradiance measurement for this model.

This device uses dual-wavelength light therapy designed for skincare, relaxation and overall wellness.

The combination of 660nm Red Light and 850nm Near-Infrared Light represents two of the most commonly researched wavelengths used in photobiomodulation (PBM).

660nm Red Light is commonly used in photobiomodulation research for skincare applications.

850nm Near-Infrared Light penetrates deeper beneath the skin (invisible to the eye) and is commonly studied in photobiomodulation research for recovery and wellness applications.
